Accidentally I came across those guys Open Real Estate, first I thought they are like the others. But suprisingly we quickly built a site on their CMS, everything was intuitive and easy to understand. To optimize my site I bought a few modules from them and, frankly speaking, I don't regret a rouble. Technical support is high-level, everything is quickly fixed and added.
